Request account deletion

To request deletion of a HiveLogicOS account and associated personal data without the app installed, email privacy@hivelogicos.com from your account email with your organization name.

What happens next

We may verify identity. Account data will be reviewed for deletion, subject to legal obligations and records lawfully controlled by a subscribing organization. We will explain any retention exceptions when handling your request. The in-app account deletion process is separate from this webpage.
