Terms of Service

Effective October 14, 2026. These terms govern the use of HiveLogicOS, subject to any applicable commercial subscription agreement.

Accounts and access

Users must be authorized and safeguard credentials. Organizations manage account access, user permissions and the business information they provide.

Use restrictions

Users must not interfere with systems, access information without authorization or send unlawful, misleading or unwanted messages.

Messaging

Organizations using HiveLogicOS communication tools are responsible for recipient permission, lawful messaging and honoring opt-outs. Review SMS Terms.

Information and integrations

Organizations retain applicable rights to their data. Third-party integrations have their own terms. Verify AI-generated, financial and operational outputs before relying on them for important decisions.

Availability and termination

Functionality may change and may be unavailable during maintenance. Separate customer contracts may define service levels, fees, warranties, liability limits and termination rights, subject to applicable law.
